This wonderful vintage Pluto Pez dispenser sees a red stem flow into the Pluto face and head. The Pluto itself has movable ears and painted eyes and nose. Note the paint on the nose tip only as most Pluto Pez dispensers will have a fully painted nose. We believe that this is a transition stem piece with thin feet (if you have any information on this, please let us know).
