From the Pez Merry Music Maker collection comes this fantastic Panda Whistle Pez dispenser. In its original packaging, the dispenser sees a blue stem that transitions into the main face/head. The Panda is decorated in a black and white face and consists of a standard Pez head but what is different is the attached whistle that actually works. The whistle sounds more like a screech than a whistle but it is amazing nonetheless. These are getting harder and harder to find, especially new on their original cards.
