From the Merry Music Maker collection comes this wonderful vintage and hard to find Penguin Whistle Pez dispenser. The rare Pez dispenser features a blue stem with a black and white face topped off with a red hat. The whistle is shorter than most of the other Merry Music Maker collection that you see. It makes a great addition to any Pez collection or as a great Pez gift.
